This project is a luxury shopping mall designed not to evoke conventional, formal notions of luxury, but to create a contemporary and inspiring sense of sophistication that excites visitors.
The facility consists of six above-ground floors and one basement level, with three VOID atrium spaces arranged as the main vertical and horizontal circulation hubs connecting the upper floors. These voids create visual openness across the plan, bringing a sense of unity and spaciousness to the entire building.
The basement level serves as a dining floor filled with a variety of restaurants, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere.Levels L1–L2 establish a refined ambiance as zones lined with luxury brands, while levels L3–L6 incorporate elements of contemporary natural expression to create spaces where visitors can enjoy their time freely and comfortably.
Each area asserts its own unique character, contributing to a rich and distinctive spatial experience throughout the mall.
