The target customers includes office workers in the area and trend-conscious young consumers. By introducing flagship stores and innovative, creative dining brands, the project delivers a high-quality daily shopping and lifestyle experience, realizing a new integration of commerce and everyday life.
To unlock the full potential of this location, we adopted the design direction of creating a “primitive place” — a timeless space unaffected by passing trends. The design concept, “SPIRITS UP,” expresses purity and sophistication, inspiring the sensibilities of visitors and revitalizing both the city and the complex as a whole. The keyword, “Well-being,” reflects our intention to create a space that fulfills both body and mind, bringing new value to urban daily life.
