QINGDAO MIXC THEME AREA RENOVATION

The “Qingdao MixCity Theme Area Renovation” project involves renovating the space located at the top of Phase 1, creating a three-story structure that adds a new sixth floor to the fourth and fifth floors. This space will function as a hub connecting Phases 1 and 2, revitalizing the entire facility. Targeting the active younger generation, the project will capitalize on its location, connected to Phase 2 via the rooftop, offering a next-generation lifestyle space that can be enjoyed day or night, with a focus on dining, drinking, and music events.

The interior design concept is “A Journey to an Unknown Asteroid.” This is a new, unknown world, the starting point for a new journey. The space, based on a pure, untainted white color scheme, is wrapped in soft, cloud-like shapes, echoing the “Castle in the Sky” concept of Phase 1.

Furthermore, the tenants will be conceptually and uniquely designed, providing visitors with an unprecedented experience. The resulting space will serve as a new core for the entire commercial facility, emanating a distinctive and iconic presence.
